    Sell the organization's products/services to new or established customers typically via walk-in business and process payments for products or service.   Assist customer by answering questions, presenting products and services and checking for stock and availability.

     

    Role and Responsibilities Include:

    • Sell products and services to new or established customers which are typically walk-in opportunities
    • Attend special training of products/services to understand the product features, trends or styles of the products/services.  
    • Assist customers by answering questions, presenting products and services and checking for stock availability
    • Process payments for products or service
    • Flexible working schedule
    • Maintaining store appearance
    • Cash handling

    • Previous retail sales and customer service experience
    • Excellent people skills and communication skills required
    • Able to demonstrate a high degree of personal organization & motivation
    • Bilingual - Must be able to speak English and Spanish fluently
    • Ability to operate Microsoft Office (including Word, Outlook, & Excel)
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Pass background check and drug test
