    Hands on Retail Operations leader with effective communication and project management skills to work in a fast-paced competitive retails sales environment.  Our team is made up of energetic, hard-working and highly talented people. We are seeking a Retail Operations leader who will build on this.


    Role and Responsibilities

    This person will provide direction for retail operations including setting objectives and formulating strategies to ensure the retail stores meet their operational goals and operate efficiently. Initiates and implements operational improvements to increase efficiencies and advocates for retail store process improvements. Provides materials and support for training, guidance, mentoring for operational skill development of retail staff. Supports the Retail Managers and employees in reducing and preventing risk and ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures in the retail stores. 


    Key Responsibilities include:

    • Inventory Management
      • Ordering Inventory
      • Managing cost of inventory
      • Managing aging inventory
      • Inventory Reconciliation
      • Working closely with retail locations and allocations team to ensure the right phones are getting to the right locations
    • Retail Operations
      • Setting up utilities and services
      • Setting up and managing service contracts
      • Applying for business licenses, permits, etc.
      • Ordering store supplies
      • Ordering store equipment and hardware
      • Managing relationship with vendors (POS, merchant accounts, SPG, Principle, Service Contract)

    ·         Cost Management

      • Reviewing Operating Costs
        • Payroll
        • Selling, General and Administrative Expenses
        • Insurance
        • Marketing funds
        • Etc
      • Escalating issues with financial model to VHA Director/Store Manager
    • Document Management
      • Ensure all contracts and backup paperwork is filed and easily accessible
      • Ensure Contract Works is up to date
        • Take action on Contract Work notifications such as (early out, lease renewal)
    • Reporting
      • Inventory Reports
      • Performance reports
    • New Stores
      • Follow new store opening procedures to ensure new stores are up and running on schedule
      • Work with Dealers and Field Teams to get all information to SPG
    • SOP
      • Write and update Retail Operations SOP
      • Ensure all stores are using SOP to ensure quality of service
    • Compliance
      • Responsible for ensuring all stores are meeting SPG compliance (brand, marketing, communication, etc)

    Qualifications and Education Requirements

    ·         Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field

    ·         3-5 Years of management or relevant retail sales operations experience

    ·         Project Management or Sales Leadership experience
