    Job Summary

    To ensure quality customer service through the efficient operation of the will call department which include: Inventory stock, ensures stock rotation, and placement of orders.  

    Duties Include:
    - Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment.  Supervise warehouse staff, and ensure that safety protocols are followed.

    - Inventory stock, ensure appropriate stock rotation and place orders
    - Inbound processing of orders to include opening packages and confirming contents to match against bill of lading/packing slip
    - Operate, maintain and troubleshoot equipment
    - Supervise warehouse staff and ensure safety protocols are followed
    - Solve customer concerns and escalate all customer issues
    - Be sure you are knowledgeable of all promotions currently happening
    - Be sure opening and closing procedures are followed
    - Perform/Assist training on all new employees
    - Ensure that all policies and procedures are adhered to and that smooth operation takes place
    - Receive, unload and stock will call merchandise
    - Inbound processing of orders to include opening packages and confirming contents to match against bill of lading/packing slip;
    - Inspect parts packaging for evidence of damage;
    - Sorting and label of all packages/parts for storage;
    - Perform data entry and/or uses barcode scanner to enter parts control numbers into computerized inventory control system;

    Minimum 2 years experience in warehouse/customer service

    Have efficient computer knowledge

    Well organized, multitasker

    Able to operate Forklift

    Able to lift at least 50 lbs
