    Manage the selection, training and development of staff; ensure monthly sales quota is met.  Lead customers through the sales process and sell the organization's products and/or services to new or established customers.  Oversee day-to-day retail operations and staff.




    • Analyze and measure business trends; develop and implement plans to maximize sales and meet or exceed goals and objectives
    • Design and implement marketing/promotional initiatives to drive revenue
    • Ensure proper merchandise stock levels, merchandise adjacencies and presentations; signing, and assortment in all departments; ensure selling floor is adequately stocked
    • Comparison shop and report results; share information with Supervisor and make appropriate adjustments
    • Review department/store trends and recommend and initiate changes for maximizing goals and objectives
    • Conduct store audits and walk-throughs

    Staff Management

    • Model, set the tone, and guide staff in company culture; provide services in a friendly, honest, direct, humble, and kind manner
    • Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates
    • Develop staff and encourage professional and personal growth through training, coaching, and mentoring to meet the current and future department and company needs
    • Evaluate employee performance and hold employees accountable for results; provide training, performance counseling and discipline in a timely manner and in accordance with company policy
    • Include staff in planning, decision-making, facilitating and process improvement
    • Take responsibility for subordinates' activities; act as a mentor to provide guidance & directions to staff
    • Collaborate with other departments
    • Continually work to improve supervisory skills

    • Required: minimum of 3 years’ experience in Retail.
    • Required: minimum of 5 years of supervision of sales Staff
    • Required: H.S. Diploma/GED
    • Bilingual - Speaks English and Spanish required
    • Pass background check and drug test
    • Applicants must be 18 or older.
